On August 25, 2016, Honorable Vice Mayor Nelson Legacion and councilors of Naga City paid a visit to the Quezon City government to acquire best practices that would bolster legislation in their locality.

The first part of the study visit was a tour around key offices, including the Sangguniang Panglungsod and the newly-formed Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office. Lectures on legislative procedures, landmark ordinances, and innovative programs took the latter part of the tour to impart the best practices of the QC government to the honored guests.

The QC government regularly hosts study tours with other LGUs around the country as part of joint efforts to improve legislation and public service in general.
